Processing time
Orders are handmade to order and typically ship within 1-3 days of purchase. Snail mail editions are prepared and posted in batches once a month; typically on the last week of each month

Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipped via PostNL. Estimated delivery: 1-3 days after dispatch.

Shipping within the EU
Shipped via PostNL. Estimated delivery: 3-7 days after dispatch, depending on destination country.

Shipping outside the EU
Shipped via PostNL. Estimated delivery: 1-3 weeks Please note: import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
All letters and packages are sent with PostNL and not tracked.

Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or damaged items
If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us at tomcatworksalot@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
