Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at tomcatworksalot@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: Stichting Tante Nino, Van der Takstraat, 102B, 3071LM, Rotterdam. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions - non-returnable items
Custom products, including personalized illustrations and one-off monthly Snail Mail editions, cannot be returned, as each is made specifically for that order or release. We do not accept returns on sale items.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Your item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and confirm if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at tomcatworksalot@gmail.com.
